• USA Gypsum, was formed in 1998 to meet the need for agricultural gypsum products.
• USA Gypsum operates gypsum drywall recycling facilities in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Illinois.
• The company receives pre-consumer and post-consumer gypsum drywall scraps commonly called drywall, sheetrock, wallboard, plasterboard or gypsum board from manufacturers, distributors, and various construction industries.
• Using proprietary methods, the wallboard scrap is upcycled into gypsum products that are used for industry, lawns, gardens, and agricultural purposes.
• USA Gypsum became a division of Beneficial Reuse Management (BRM) in 2023, enabling the company to expand customer offerings and geographic reach in order to further the goal of keeping reusable materials out of landfills.
• Beneficial Reuse Management (BRM) is a leading provider of beneficial reuse solutions for non-hazardous reusable waste streams produced by utilities, municipalities, and industrial companies across the continental United States. BRM acquired USA Gypsum to compliment BRM’s existing gypsum operations. Mr. Weaver presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for CDRA which promotes and defends the environmentally sound recycling of the more than 325 million tons of recoverable construction and demolition (C&D) materials that are generated in the United States annually.
